Program Planning Committee
Committee Mission Statement
The program committee shall properly plan and coordinate the Annual Meeting for PAFP to provide educational opportunities for members.
Responsibility
The President shall be the chair for this committee.
Frequency
Quarterly group meetings, held virtually or in person if membership availability allows for it.
Current Tasks
Provide educational opportunities for PAFP members
Review feedback surveys from previous year’s conference
Organize meetings of the program committee to develop the agenda for the upcoming PAFP Annual Meeting in conjunction with Penn State Staff
Determine PAFP agenda
Committee members are responsible for outreach & confirmation of speakers for Annual Meeting
Formulate survey of Conference attendees to provide interests for future Annual Meetings
