NCIMS Conference Registration and Proposal Due Dates

On December 6th, Cary Frye, sent out an update to the industry on the upcoming NCIMS Conference in Indianapolis.

Registration for the April conference is now open and available to do on the Conference Page.

The program will run from April 3rd at 8am to Friday April 7th at noon. This years conference will also include supplemental and separate virtual webinars prior to the conference on March 9th,13th and 14th.

Updated information on submitting proposals from Cary below:

“Fifty-nine proposals were received for the previously scheduled 2022 NCIMS Conference, including one carryover proposal from 2019. Submitters of these proposals will be contacted soon by NCIMS Program Committee Chairman John Allan regarding options for carrying over previously received proposals or submitting revised versions for consideration by the 2023 Conference.

Importantly, as with any Conference, additional proposals may be submitted for consideration at the 2023 NCIMS Conference as described below.

Computers with overhead projection will be used in the General Sessions, and the Council and Delegate voting sessions, to assist conferees in the deliberation of individual proposals.  Therefore, all proposals must be submitted electronically. Information will be provided on the NCIMS website on how to download and complete the proposal submission form.  Additional instructions will be included on the proposal form in the proposed solution section directing submitters on how to identify added and deleted text when editing the referenced documents.

Please note that new proposals and any edited/revised 2022 proposals must be submitted by e-mailing the electronic submission form (preferred) that is posted on the NCIMS website or by sending a USB flash drive containing the electronic submission form.  No printed hard copies or handwritten proposals will be accepted.  The deadline for the receipt of all proposals, including proposed changes to the Constitution or Bylaws, using the electronic submission form (emailed or mailed on a USB flash drive) is 11:59 pm Eastern Time, January 13, 2023
